december 10: make gingerbread houses
we opted again this year for the kit - only this time i found a kit of 5 mini houses instead of the one house - same price. i figured this would be good for 2 girls who don't necessarily love sharing. plus, the little houses were really cute when we got them put together!

the village: the chalet, the bakery, the candy store, santa's house, and the toy shop
now all the girls want to do is tear them apart and eat!
